🏖️ What you can find there — Beaches, Food, Culture & More
The area includes some of the city’s most famous beaches: Playa Los Muertos (with its pier), plus Playa Olas Altas and smaller beaches around Amapas.
There’s a great variety of places to eat — from traditional Mexican “cenadurĂas” and taco stands to fine-dining restaurants, sidewalk cafĂ©s, and international cuisine.
The arts, culture, and shopping scene is strong: galleries, artisan shops, handmade crafts, local markets (e.g. a farmers’ market in the nearby park on Saturdays in season), bookshops, small boutiques, etc.
